In Ancient Core, players explore a lost alien stronghold in search of a powerful energy source. They traverse fast-paced chambers using their double jump and dash, slay rocky foes, and collect weapons.
As the team’s level designer, I was responsible for creating environments that showcased the players abilities in fun and engaging ways. I also worked closely with fellow designers to ensure their systems were effectively represented in the game’s challenges. Through several months of testing feedback I iterated on level designs for a final product that satisfied players and the team.
